Last night, Spencer, me and my dad were spending time with my mom while she rested in bed. Dad was playing music on his computer and asking Spencer what songs they were.
(He knows a vast selection of songs due to him being the master of Guitar Hero at the mere age of 9) mind you they were all songs that my dad listens to... Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Queen and so on..
A song started playing and Spencer shouted out.. "Hey this is Hot for Teacher.."
Laughter.
My mom then said.. "Well it's not like he knows the words..so I think we're okay."
To which Spencer followed up with " Whaddaya think the teacher's gonna look like this year?!"
...More laughter...
Then a Bon Jovi song...
"Hey this is Dead or Alive, dad, play some more Bon Jovi!"
Just another reason why I love this kid...
Our musical souls are identical!
