I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed out..
So I took matters into my own hands and as a way of blowing off steam I decided to paint something.
I finally painted the cedar chest that will be my new coffee table!
(Thanks Kari for letting me have it) 
...and because that only got rid of a little bit of stress, I went running..(after meeting up to play four-square of course) I don't even know for how long..
I just kept running til I stopped feeling and all I could focus on was breathing.
That helped.. so I've been doing that every night since.
There is something about running that calms my mind and relaxes me.
(also, listening to Paramore when you're running..is awesome)
