Not just any enchiladas.. these delicious enchiladas that the Creeper's family used to make..
You make the hamburger meat.. (I prefer using ground turkey) and put it in a pot of enchilada sauce and El Pato and any other seasonings you can think of... then you take corn tortilla's and plop them in the sauce for a few seconds.. take it out and layer those with cheese, lettuce, tomato.. more El Pato... and there you go.. Yumminess!
