What happens in vegas..

Nothing too special actually..
I did, however, totally relish in the fact that I got to spend the day with my dad and grandma..
We took my grandma Anderson there to meet up with Lori, James and Thomas so they can all go to Megan's graduation in Idaho.
Congrats Megs!!!!!! I wish I could have gone....
I sat in the back seat listening to the conversation flow between dad and grams.. but really I was thinking how crazy it was that there was three generations of my family in one car... also, how funny my dad is..
Example: We were merging in the passing lanes when a Nissan Versa tried to pass us..this is when dad said.."It's us Versa them"... It was quite funny..
The whole ride was filled with stories of when they would come on family vacations and where they would stop on the way there, and funny things that would happen..
I loved hearing how my grandpa was so spontaneous and would come home from work some days and say let's go to Utah.. and off they would go.. Or the story of how chicken pox were spread to all the kids on one of the many trips.. I'm sure there are soo many funny stories my aunts and uncles could share too..
When we got to Vegas we met up with Lori and then got to go see Wayne and Glenna (Who by the way have got to be some of the sweetest people EVER). So many good memories come to mind when I go to their house.
My favorite memory was when we were there for Great Grandma Anderson's funeral and the whole family was there. We were all gathered around the piano singing songs and laughing together.. it was a really good time.. I'm pretty sure that's the time that Tara tried to dye Kathy's hair Blonde and it came out orange.. haha!
Well it got me thinking and we all need to get together more often like we used to.. just not for funerals.... I miss Sunday dinners, laughing and spending time together! So let's try to make those times happen again.. Okay my wonderful family?!
Wow this post turned out longer than I expected.. if you're reading this.. thank you for not giving up reading all my jumble like a long time ago.. haha!
