Can we go back for a moment to a time when life and love wasn't so complicated?...

Let's say 4th grade...

Handing out cute cards with Hello Kitty or Superman on them, bringing in candy and cupcakes to share, silly little Valentines Day classroom parties...watching who is putting a special valentine into your homemade box that mom help you make...even though it was a rule to make a card for everyone, I still got a few special ones... Those were sweet times...

I really only hung out with boys in elementary school, they were way less drama.... I spent countless recesses chasing those boys around the playground..(mind you we were playing football and 3 flies up.. so that was the extent of the chasing). Kyle, Cameron, Geoff, and Tyler, those were my boys! They were so fun to hang out with.. It was so easy then.. You could be friends and have fun without all the complicated crap...What happens to that? I wish I could go back to the simple times...

Poor kid... doesn't know it's not always going to be that simple...
